These terms apply to miraclewoodworks.com (the “Site”), operated by Miracle Woodworks LLC (“Miracle Woodworks”, “we”, “us”). By using the Site you agree to them.

1. We don’t sell through this site

The Site provides information about our arched bamboo garden gates. We don’t take orders or payments here. Our gates are sold only on Amazon and Etsy. When you buy, you buy through that marketplace, and its terms of sale, buyer protection, return policy and privacy policy apply to your purchase.

2. Product information

We work to keep the measurements, weights, photos, prices and availability shown on the Site accurate and up to date. If anything on the Site differs from the Amazon or Etsy listing when you order, the listing applies. Bamboo is a natural material, so grain and colour vary from gate to gate, and colours on screen may differ from the real thing.

3. Installation and use

Our advice on sizing, hardware, finishing and installation is general guidance. You are responsible for choosing suitable posts and hardware and for installing the gate safely, or for hiring a qualified installer, and for following any local building codes or community rules.

4. Our content

The text, photographs, videos and graphics on the Site belong to Miracle Woodworks or are used with permission. You’re welcome to link to or share our pages, but please don’t copy or reuse our content for commercial purposes without our written permission. Videos embedded from YouTube belong to their creators.

5. Links to other sites

The Site links to Amazon, Etsy, YouTube and other websites that we don’t control. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.

6. Disclaimer

The Site is provided “as is”. We don’t promise that it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, Miracle Woodworks is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection law or under the terms of the marketplace where you bought your gate.
