Refund policy

We don’t sell through miraclewoodworks.com. Every Miracle Woodworks gate is bought on Amazon or Etsy, so returns and refunds are handled through the marketplace where you placed your order.

30-day returns

If your gate isn’t what you expected, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Start the return from your order:

• Amazon: Your Orders → find the gate → Return or replace items.
• Etsy: Purchases and reviews → find the order → Help with order.

Damaged in delivery

If your gate arrives damaged, photograph the gate and its packaging and report it through your Amazon or Etsy order as soon as you can. The marketplace will arrange a replacement or refund. You’re also welcome to email us and we’ll help you through it.

Refunds

Refunds are issued by Amazon or Etsy to your original payment method, under their refund policies.
